Delivery Information

Select the type of Delivery that suits you best before check out.

Cash & Carry
- Simply call us at 6339 0739 to reserve the item (for max. 3 days) and purchase directly from our physical store.
- Reservation is not applicable for items that require installation or customization.

Self-collection
- Save on delivery cost.
- Collect the item anytime within our operating hours after you received our email confirmation.
- If you wish to collect the item on the same day, please place you order before 3pm. This is subject to stock availability.
- Items will be reserved for a maximum of seven (7) days; failure to self-collect will result in order cancellation. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deduct an administrative fee of 5% of the purchase price upon the refund.

Local Delivery
- Delivery will be carried out by courier companies and typically takes 2-4 business days.
- Order received after 5pm will be processed on the next business day.
- Not applicable for bulky items.

Bulky, Heavy and Items requiring installation
- Delivery will be carried out by in-house delivery and typically takes 7-10 business days. We will contact you within one (1) business day upon receiving your order to arrange delivery date and time. Bulky items include: - Drum Set, Exercise Equipment, Table Tennis Table, Pool Table, Basketball Post, etc..

International Shipping
